Located within the Santa Rosa Country Club community, this substantial residential expansion transformed the existing property with a thoughtfully integrated 1,387 sq ft addition. The project introduced 713 sq ft of new living space alongside a 674 sq ft garage, requiring demolition of the home's rear section and significant structural modifications.
Serving as the client's Project Manager, Barron Construction coordinated construction activities while directly performing concrete forming and placement, rough framing, waterproofing, and window and door installations. Additional framing improvements were completed throughout portions of the existing residence to support the expanded layout. Careful planning and coordination ensured that new structural elements integrated with the original construction. The result is a substantial enhancement that expands the home's functionality while preserving its established residential character.
