Preserving the architectural integrity of this distinctive Sebastopol sanctuary required specialized construction expertise and a thoughtful approach to restoration. As General Contractor, Barron Construction undertook the rehabilitation of the building’s striking inverted convex roof, an unusual architectural feature that defines the sanctuary’s dramatic interior.

The project involved removing deteriorated roofing materials and repairing extensive dry rot affecting the exposed glulam beams that frame the worship space. Beyond the roof restoration, the team rebuilt the church's original 24-foot bell tower, restoring an important visual landmark and architectural element. Each phase demanded careful attention to structural integrity, existing materials, and the building’s unique design. The completed restoration protects this remarkable community space while preserving its distinctive character and architectural legacy for future generations.
